We are actively searching for short term rental properties to manage!!
One of the biggest problems, with the large property management firms in the area, is the impersonal nature in which they do business. You never really know who is going to pick up the phone, perform maintenance on the home, and/or make sure your guests are truly taken care of in a timely fashion. This uncertainty is why we would like to take on management of 2-3 short term rentals in the North Naples area. We believe we could provide a much better owner's experience for a small list of clients.
